A medical examiner's office has confirmed the cause of Bobbi Kristina Brown's death – on what would have been her 23rd birthday. The tragic star died from a combination of drowning and drug intoxication. The manner of her death remains undetermined.Bobbi Kristina's autopsy information had been sealed by a court order, but it was released on Friday after a judge in Atlanta granted a media request to unseal it.

A wrongful death lawsuit brought against the 20-year-old by court-appointed conservator Medelia Hargrove alleges that Bobbi Kristina "died due to a violent altercation with the defendant", and that he "injected her with a toxic mixture".
