Being a celebrity often means playing a variety of different roles – from PR to magazine model, social media influencer to comedian. But when A-listers get a bit of time off, many choose to enjoy the calm as an opportunity to sweat out the stress of everyday life.

Tate McRae stretched to the top of the Billboard charts

Tate McRae broke into the world of reality TV fame on So You Think You Can Dance, and has been proving that yes, she can, ever since. 

The singer reached the top 3 of the Billboard Hot 100 and topped TikTok's trend cycle with her track 'Greedy' and ahead of her tour focussed on a stamina-building routine. A combination of weight training, cardio and dance routines makes Tate one of music's most flexible stars.

Like plenty of celebs (and non-celebs) her favourite way to factor in a workout is with a pilates session under the guidance of instructor-to-the-stars Jacqui Kingswell. According to Jacqui, in Kaia's sessions they "worked the entire body with a strong focus on the core connection".
