The Johnson hair genes have run strong for Boris and Carrie Johnson's family, and their youngest daughter Poppy, who marked her first birthday last week, showed off her adorable curly hair.
During a half-term holiday to the beach, Carrie shared several snaps, including one of Poppy enjoying a sunset as she stood by a wooden barrier near to the shoreline. The little tot was seen wearing a dress with several animals decorating it and her curls were in full view for Carrie's fans.
The mother-of-four also shared a sweet photo of her daughter Romy, five, enjoying herself during their beach holiday, with the youngster's princess-like hair flowing behind her. And in a video shared by the former political consultant, she could be seen running around with her kids as they played near the water.
"When I'm old, I know these are the days I'll miss most," Carrie penned, and her followers were quick to comment on the sweet family moment.

Recent family moments
Earlier this month, Carrie showed off Poppy's vibrant red hair, which shone beautifully in the sunshine while being photographed at the Johnson family home in Brightwell Manor, Oxfordshire.
In the snap, the tiny baby girl could be seen holding onto the bannisters, wearing a beautiful spring outfit comprised of a knitted yellow cardigan adorned with her namesake flowers, and matching trousers.
Carrie and Boris welcomed their bundle of joy just under a year ago, with the former media rep keeping her pregnancy under wraps until Poppy's arrival.
Shortly after Poppy came into the world, Carrie revealed the news on social media, writing: "Welcome to the world, Poppy Eliza Josephine Johnson, born on 21st May. Aka Pops, Pop Tart. I can't believe how pretty and tiny you are. Feel so incredibly lucky. We are all totally smitten. Not sure I've slept a minute since you were born, as I can't stop looking at how completely lovely you are."
