If anyone knows how to work a red carpet, it's . The 77-year-old actress looked radiant as she stepped out in New York for the screening of Ryan Murphy's American Horror Story: 13, in which she reprises all four of her iconic characters: Constance Langdon, Sister Jude, Fiona Goode, and Elsa Mars.

The two-time Oscar winner is a Hollywood icon thanks to her stellar career, which began with her breakout performance in the 1976 film King Kong. Dino De Laurentiis cast the actress to play a damsel-in-distress in the iconic movie, which was a box office success but received a mixed critical reception.

While it's been 50 years since Jessica's film debut, she's barely aged a day since. 

The actress looked super chic in an all-black ensemble at the AHS 13 screening on Thursday, accessorizing the look with a black clutch and matching heels. She wore her signature blonde locks styled in loose, soft waves, perfectly complementing her radiant complexion and soft pink lip.

Jessica Lange's glittering career

Just six years after her breakout role in King Kong, and following performances in Bob Fosse's All That Jazz (1979) and The Postman Always Rings Twice (1981), Jessica made Hollywood history by receiving two Academy Award nominations in the very same year for her roles in Frances and Tootsie.

Her acclaimed performance in Frances earned her a Best Actress nod, while her captivating role in Tootsie secured her the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress.

Her streak of critically acclaimed performances extended throughout the '80s and '90s, with roles in Country (1984), Sweet Dreams (1985), Crimes of the Heart (1986), Music Box (1989), and Cape Fear (1991).

Jessica won an Oscar for Tootsie in 1983

In 1994, Jessica won her second Academy Award for her portrayal of a military wife in Blue Sky. High-profile roles in films such as Losing Isaiah (1995), Rob Roy (1995), A Thousand Acres (1997), Titus (1999), and Broken Flowers (2005) further cemented her status as a major Hollywood star. 

Expanding her prowess to the small screen, Jessica won a Primetime Emmy Award in 2009 for her brilliant turn opposite Drew Barrymore in HBO's Grey Gardens.
