Kai Trump has shared an incredibly rare picture of her younger brother, Donald Trump Jr III, as the two joined their mom Vanessa to celebrate being cancer-free.
In the picture, 17-year-old Don Jr III towers over his older sister, with his arm wrapped tight around her shoulder and a big smile on both of their faces. Mom, Vanessa Trump, and her boyfriend Tiger Woods, also both have big smiles on their faces as they pose next to the bell that Vanessa was able to ring.
Vanessa wrapped her arm around Tiger's shoulder as he placed his hand on her back.
Vanessa and her ex-husband, Don Jr. have kept their children largely off social media, with Kai choosing to make her accounts public when she began a journey towards becoming a pro golfer. The 19-year-old is a freshman at University of Miami, receiving a scholarship for their golf program.
The two began dating in late 2024 and went public on social media on March 23, 2025. They connected through their children; both Kai and Tiger's children play competitive golf, with Kai attending the same high school as Tiger's son Charlie.
Pictures of the two have been rare, but Kai included this special one on her YouTube vlog as part of a sit-down chat with her mom to discuss the diagnosis and treatment, and announce that she is cancer-free.
"The whole process felt like a very, very long process," said Kai. "It's a very scary thing when you hear like a family member has cancer or a friend has cancer."
"You need to be surrounded by the people that love you, support you, and give you your space as well because you really need to have that time to yourself to absorb it all," shared Vanessa, adding that she "couldn't have done it without my kids."
The mother-daughter duo also sat down with Dr Nicole Saphier to discuss what women and men need to keep an eye out for, with Kai sharing that she hoped her mother's experience would raise awareness about breast cancer and the importance of early detection.
Vanessa also revealed she underwent genetic testing which came back negative.
"It's also a good thing to get the genetic testing because then obviously, me, my sister, my brothers, too… if [mom] did test positive for any of the genetic stuff then I would get tested for it to see if I had it," added Kai.
The mom of five recommended that women "check as early as possible" and to always pay attention to their bodies; Vanessa had been suffering from pain in her arm but she ignored it, believing it to be muscular strain.
"But I'm stronger than ever," Vanessa continued. "I just played dodgeball the other day with my little Chloe and Spencer, [we played] basketball. I'm back playing my tennis so I'm back better than ever."
Tiger and Vanessa have had a tough 2026, as weeks before Vanessa's diagnosis, the golfer was charged with suspicion of driving under the influence after he was involved in a rollover crash in Jupiter Island, Florida.
Martin County's Sheriff's Office revealed during a conference that the driver of a truck hauling a trailer was attempting to pull into a driveway when he spotted a dark-colored Land Rover in his rearview mirror, driving at "high speeds."
"This is a small two-lane road and there was no shoulder for this gentleman to get off but as he tried [to pull in] the Land Rover overtook, swerved to avoid a collision, and clipped the backend of the pressure cleaner apparatus [on the trailer], and [the car] rolled on the driver's door," said Martin County Sheriff, John Budensiek.
Tiger crawled out of the Land Rover on the passenger door, according to Sheriff Budensiek, and "Mr Woods did [exhibit] signs of impairment".
On the scene, investigators asked Mr Woods to complete several tests, including a breathalyzer for which he "blew triple zeros," but "when it came time to ask for urine analysis, he refused". Declining to take a urine test is a misdemeanor state violation.
In September, Tiger received a five-year driving ban and $1,000 fine as part of a plea agreement.
