Which would you prefer?' Hundreds of fans quickly answered, voting for their favourite.

The nutrient rich juices and soups break down the fibre in vegetables ensuring that a rich supply of nutrients, anti-oxidants, phytonutrients, vitamins and minerals are more easily absorbed by the body.

After just three days, surges in energy, lowered sugar cravings and less bloating are reported, perfect for a supermodel with a jam-packed schedule of runway appearances. Along with other super healthy ingredients such as cucumber, kale and parsley, Rosie often adds the Japanese wholefood Chlorella to her juices. The superfood may be why the blonde beauty is glowing - it's a natural green algae which is linked to healthy nails, skin and hair. Rosie isn't the only A-lister enjoying smoothies. Kim kardashian has also tried some from celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak. "They taste incredible!" she says. Harley, who has worked with the likes of Hilary Duff, Katy Perry and Megan Fox, has just released a new diet book which includes smoothie recipes as a quick, healthy way to get fit.
