"Introducing Cara with a K!!!!" she captioned a photo of the trio on Instagram. "She is now Kara everyone!!!! Woooohoooooooo!"
Khloe, Kendall and Cara enjoyed a girls' night out at a basketball game
While the girls are currently enjoying some time off from their hectic catwalk schedules, that didn't stop them from showcasing their style credentials in casual chic outfits.
While Kendall, 19, chose a cream knitted jumper dress teamed with a pair of knee high pale grey boots, Cara, 22, stayed true to her renowned edgy style with a red Yves Saint Laurent military jacket, paired with ripped black skinny jeans and lace-up peep-toe boots.
Khloe's friend Malika also joined the group, and had the girls in fits of laughter as they took their courtside seats, and snacked on popcorn. It seems that Khloe and Cara were becoming close friends, giggling and high-fiving each other.
It's not the first time that Cara has been spotted hanging out with Kendall and her family. Last November she attended Kendall's birthday celebrations and spent some time with Kim, with whom she had previously posed with for magazine editorials.

With Kendall and Cara having walked some of fashion's most notorious catwalks from Chanel to Fendi together, it comes as no surprise that the pair are close.
From wearing matching Halloween costumes to hanging out at the British Fashion Awards, the young models have been making the most of their time off ahead of the upcoming Fashion Weeks next month.
It could be that a fun night out was also Kendall's way of lifting her friend's spirits, following the sad death of Cara's grandmother earlier this month.
The British beauty paid a touching tribute to her grandmother with a photo montage on Instagram.
"Rest in peace Angela Delevingne, the kindest, most intelligent and wickedly funny human I have ever had the pleasure of knowing let alone being related to," she wrote in a touching caption.
"An amazing mother, grandmother, great grandmother and also friend," she added. "You will live forever in my heart and will be missed dearly by all."
