Kanye West and Karl Lagerfeld have been friends for years, so it comes as no surprise that with Kanye in France for Paris Fashion Week, the pair took the opportunity to catch up. Karl and Kanye no doubt had a lot to talk about, as Kanye 37, recently unveiled his new collection for Adidas during New York Fashion Week, while Karl will be putting the finishing touches on his highly-anticipated collection for Chanel. The two designers also mingled with supermodel Karlie Kloss at the glitzy party, who also shares a close relationship with Karl, having walked for the French style maestro's Chanel and Fendi shows on numerous occasions. The 22-year-old wowed in an elegant shift dress with a navy blue bodice and red-and-black striped skirt, completing the look with a pair of black ankle boots.

Meanwhile Kanye, 37, was the epitome of laidback cool in a Raf Simons camouflage bomber jacket, which he had been spotted wearing earlier in the day as he attended the Dries Van Noten show. While wife Kim Kardashian had not yet arrived in Paris, Kanye still enjoyed some quality family time as he was accompanied by mother-in-law Kris Jenner for the show, who dazzled in an all-white ensemble. Kim arrived in the French capital on Thursday, rocking a chic all-black ensemble as the couple were reunited. The mother-of-one sparked speculation that she had ditched her dark brown bob in favour of a blonde look as she kept her head covered in a black beanie hat. Karl and Kanye have enjoyed a close relationship for years, with Kanye often appearing on the front row at Chanel. His wife's half-sister Kendall also works closely with Karl, having modelled his designs from both his ready-to-wear and couture collections.
