Cara Delevingne is renowned for her tomboy style, but the British model rocked a completely different look for a dinner hosted by Chanel at luxurious restaurant Tetou in Cannes on Wednesday evening. The 22-year-old was the epitome of chic in a white knee-length skirt with a black belted waist from the French fashion house.

Never one to shy away from a high fashion look, Cara paired the demure skirt with a black sequinned crop top that showed off her incredibly toned stomach, keeping out the evening chill with a matching cropped jacket featuring three-quarter length sleeves. Both pieces were also designed by Chanel, who co-hosted the star-studded party with Vanity Fair.

The supermodel arrived with rumoured girlfriend St Vincent at the event, who also showed off her style credentials in an edgy all-black ensemble.

There has been speculation surrounding Cara and the musician, real name Annie Clark, for some time. And after months of rumours over her relationship status, Cara confirmed in April that she was "very much in love".

The pair have been almost inseparable during their trip, having also spent quality time together at the star-studded de Grisogono 'Divine in Cannes' party on Tuesday night, where Cara topped best-dressed lists in a summery white evening dress from Gyunel.

However, Cara did leave St Vincent briefly to go and welcome close friend and fellow model Kendall Jenner as she arrived at the Martinez Hotel on Wednesday afternoon. The pair, who have been apart for a few weeks, spent the afternoon sipping on orange juice, chatting and laughing away while soaking up some of the French Riviera sunshine on the beach deck of the luxurious hotel.

No doubt the two friends had a lot to catch up on. While Cara has been working hard on her blossoming acting career, Kendall has continued to establish herself as an emerging supermodel, with designer Karl Lagerfeld calling her 'the girl of the moment'.
