Karlie Kloss and Sienna Miller stole the show on Thursday night wearing gorgeous glittering gowns and sparkling bright as they attended the 2015 Cannes amfAR gala. Karlie, 22, kept to what has become her trademark monochrome style during the past week on the French Riviera, wearing a Tom Ford champagne dress with a choker-style collar which shimmered in the fading sunlight.

Sienna, who this year is one of the festival's jurors, wore a Ralph Lauren Collection slinky metallic dress paired with chunky platform heels, while Lara Stone also joined their gang in a gold Grecian-style wrap dress - and flat gold sandals.

Lara's footwear choice comes days after Cannes Film Festival had to issue a statement after reports emerged that women were turned away from the red carpet at the Carol premiere because they were wearing flat shoes.

Also attending the world-renowned charity event, which has been held each year during the Cannes Film Festival since 1993, were Karlie and Lara's fellow models Chanel Iman, Gigi Hadid, and Barbara Palvin.

Chanel stunned the crowds in a nude Zuhair Murad couture princess gown, with a plunging neckline, tulle overlay and floral applique.

Twenty-year-old Gigi meanwhile, wore a risqué Tom Ford dress, which featured a high collar but a vertical cut-out running down the torso, and a thigh-high split.

The evening's festivities have been curated by Carine Roitfeld, and guests inside will be treated to live music from Mark Ronson, Imagine Dragons, Mary J. Blige and Charli XCX.

The black-tie gala is held at the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, which is situated just half an hour drive from Cannes.

Last year's event raised a record $35 million for amfAR, a foundation dedicated to ending AIDS through research, and which is chaired by Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein and supported by his production company The Weinstein Company.

Karlie will act as events chair for the evening, along with Diane Kruger, Natalie Portman, Sienna's fellow juror Jake Gyllenhaal, and F1 race driver Lewis Hamilton.
