First Lady Melania Trump travelled to Texas on Tuesday to show her support for the thousands of individuals affected by Hurricane Harvey. Barron Trump's mother made the journey to Corpus Christi with her husband President Donald Trump. After departing the White House wearing an army green bomber jacket, black trousers, aviators and stilettos, the first lady opted for a wardrobe change on board Air Force One, changing into trainers and a crisp white button down shirt.

Melania, who is known for styling her brunette stresses down with her signature blowout, swept her hair up into a ponytail for the visit. The 47-year-old completed her look with a statement baseball cap that featured the word "FLOTUS" embroidered on the front.

Following their arrival, the first couple attended a firehouse briefing on Hurricane Harvey relief efforts in Corpus Christi. The president and his wife are also set to visit Austin, Texas. On Monday ahead of the trip, Melania tweeted, "I will travel with @POTUS tomorrow to lend my support to the people of #Texas. We are with you!"
