Julien Macdonald models flashed the flesh as they strutted the catwalk for London Fashion Week on Monday night.
The Welsh designer injected a club-vibe into his spring/summer 18 presentation, with bright lights and cocktails served to guests as they gazed at stars including Alessandra Ambrosio, Winnie Harlow, Hailey Baldwin and Martha Hunt walking the runway.

Macdonald left little to the imagination with his latest line, as see-through mesh featured in a number of the outfits, including a black corset-style dress with a short skirt worn by Harlow and a barely-there blue bodysuit half covered in a strip of bright blue sparkling material rocked by Ambrosio.
One of the most jaw-dropping designs had to be a grey sequinned and fringed gown with a huge slash down the front, barely covering the model's assets, while Baldwin also stepped out in a revealing dress with straps across her torso and two small pieces of black sequinned material covering her chest.

There were some wearable pieces hiding throughout the risque range though, such as a slinky floor-length black gown covered in beading and a glittering gold dress with long sleeves and cut-outs either side of the midriff, a number that wouldn't look out of place on a red carpet.
A few male models appeared during the show too, with one looking edgy in a blue leaf-patterned jacket with black trousers and chunky black boots and another in the same look, only the jacket boasted yellow detailing.

Macdonald himself shared photos on social media from backstage during the event, giving a glimpse at what beauty products were used on the models.

Posting a photo of two girls with poker-straight hair on Instagram, the designer captioned it: "Massive thanks to @ghdhair for making our models' hair fabulous for the #JulienMacdonaldSS18 show!"
Ghd global ambassador Adam Reed created the hair look. "When we saw the collection it was immediately clear that super-glamorous hair was required. Inspiration then came from the glamorous heritage of the 90s," he said.

As for the models' manicures, the fashion star revealed, "Fierce @nailsinc nails for some fierce models on the #JulienMacdonaldSS18 runway."
London Fashion Week continues on Tuesday with the likes of Natasha Zinko and Tommy Hilfiger showing.
