The Duchess of Cambridge embraced autumnal tones on Wednesday morning, as she attended the Place2Be School Leaders Forum in London. The glowing royal, who is expecting her third child, seemed to be in great spirits and sported a radiant, pre-pregnancy glow as she greeted expert speakers at the forum on 8 November.

Duchess Kate is beautiful in burgundy

The 35-year-old mother-of-two, who has suffered with severe morning sickness, looked to be back on top form at the event. She appeared fresh and ready for the day ahead, following her appearance at a gala dinner the previous evening, where she wowed in the Zarita lace gown, by Diane Von Furstenberg. The dress has also notably been worn by Prince Harry's girlfriend Meghan Markle, who owns a shorter version of the gown.

The pregnant mother looked glowing

Kate once again turned heads on Wednesday, choosing a brand new design in a rich burgundy shade from Goat. The high-necked dress, titled the ‘Eloise’, is a safe, comfortable choice for the mother-to-be. The plum hue gives a nod to the seasonal change, and the gold, military style buttons provided additional detailing, giving the design a statement edge. The hemline finished just a little above the knee - a tad shorter than many of the designs the Duchess typically favours - and was balanced out by full, boxy sleeves. It perfectly fitted the pregnant Duchess, skimming over her petite frame and her tiny baby bump. Kate carried with her a simple black rectangular clutch, from English luxury designer house Mulberry, and accessorised with black pointed-toe, block high-heels. She kept her jewellery to a bare minimum, choosing a simple silver watch and drop earrings.

The dress is currently in stock online, on the brand's website. Like many items that feature in the Duchess’s wardrobe, they sell out at an alarming rate, so catch it while you can! A dress like this is very easy to style; simply add tights and heels like Kate for a more formal occasion look, or if you were feeling daring, you could wear it bare-legged with a fabulous pair of high-heels for a party.
