The Princess of Wales is known for her impressive sporting prowess.
The future Queen, 42, is famous for getting more than stuck in whatever the sport, but most particularly in her role as patron of the Rugby Football Union and Rugby Football League.
The mother-of-three has held her own in a training session with male players at the Maidenhead Rugby Club in 2023, not to mention the mother-of-three often competing and beating her royal husband, Prince William - we all remember the static bike incident of 2023.
But it was Kate's football technique that we were particularly impressed with in a throwback moment from a sporting event at Bacon's College in 2012.
Kate took the pitch in a fabulous pair of high cork wedges and an immaculate blow-dry, and was the picture of poise as she kicked the ball around.
Completing her sporting attire, the senior royal wore a beautiful A-line grey and white dress by Hobbs.
'Uber-competitive' Kate
It's no secret that Kate is a high achiever, and Kate's royal family member, Mike Tindall, revealed the royal's "uber-competitive" nature while taking part in a special episode of his podcast, The Good, The Bad, And The Rugby.
"I'm not going to say you're uber competitive... [but] I've seen her play beer pong," Mike said.
In response, Kate jokingly denied that she is competitive at all.
She said, "I suppose as a family we were just very active. And I can always remember being physical, using our bodies, whether it's walking, climbing the Lake District in Scotland [or] swimming from a young age.
"[My parents] always encouraged us to be physically active and sporty, and they always encouraged us into doing team sports and trying things."
Talking about her competitiveness with her husband, Prince William, despite their 15-year marriage, Kate continued: "I don't think we've managed to finish a game of tennis, the two of us. It becomes a mental challenge between the two of us."
William agreed that they try to "out mental" each other.
