Meghan Markle has offered a glimpse into family life with Prince Harry and their children after sharing a dazzling carousel of photographs from their "family holiday".
The Duchess of Sussex, 44, posted 12 glorious snaps of the family-of-four enjoying a sun-soaked getaway by the sea, as well as photos taken from Princess Diana's childhood home, Althorp House and one from inside an airplane cockpit.
The Sussexes travelled to Europe and are believed to have stayed in Portugal before their visit to the UK earlier this month. Royal fans couldn't help but notice that in one photo, Meghan appeared to resemble her husband's late mother, Princess Diana, as she stood on the beach in a black swimsuit.
The cookery lover was pictured keeping an eye on Harry, 41, and their children, Prince Archie, seven, and Princess Lillibet, five, as they splashed around in the sea.
She wore a white baseball cap and a black swimsuit with a scoop back. Sharing side-by-side comparisons, fans pointed out that the outfit closely mimicked one worn by Diana over 30 years ago.
Princess Diana's holiday style
King Charles' first wife was spotted in a near-identical bathing suit while on holiday on the island of Nevis in the Caribbean in January 1993.
The then 32-year-old was joined by her children, Prince William and Prince Harry. The family stayed at the Montpelier Plantation Estate, a four-star boutique hotel next to the beach.
During the getaway, Diana and her boys, respectively 10 and eight at the time, were pictured splashing around in the sea together, much like the Prince's latest snaps with his own children.
Meghan's post, which was captioned "summer holiday," comes largely from the Sussexes' recent trip to Portugal, where they purchased a vacation home in 2023.
They have been working on renovating the property, which has included overhauling the interiors, according to reports in the Daily Mail. It is not clear where the exact location of the house is.
It's not the first time that Meghan has borrowed style tips from her mother-in-law. In 2018, the Duchess paid homage to Diana as she stepped out in a pared-back white shift dress that was the spitting image of one worn by the late Princess years earlier.
The minimalistic white frock was knee-length, cinched at the waist, and had a high-neck cut. Similarly, Meghan wore a blush off-the-shoulder dress by Carolina Herrera to Trooping the Colour in 2018.
This outfit closely resembled Diana's blush-toned Catherine Walker gown, which she wore to the 1988 premiere of Who Framed Roger Rabbit.
