Count Nikolai of Monpezat's model girlfriend, Benedikte Thoustrup, looked runway ready for a star-studded wedding over the weekend, which included King Frederik and Queen Mary of Denmark among the guests.
Benedikte, 27, stunned for the special occasion in a silky dress of dreams by Victoria Beckham's eponymous fashion label – and her long-time partner was a fan. The couple attended Count Gregers Carl Preben Ahlefeldt-Laurvig-Bille's wedding to Cecilie Juhl on Saturday 22 August, looking incredibly stylish for the joint outing.
The model showed off her stunning look in a video posted on Instagram, which Nikolai replied to in the comments as "gorgeous."
Benedikte wore the the flattering 'Isabella Gown' in a deep slate blue which gathered at the waist and had a lustrous satin finish. The dress draped gorgeously to the floor, concealing a pair of blue vintage Gucci heels, and featured a round neckline.
When she turned to the side, Benedikte revealed the dress had splits down the middle of the short sleeves for a fluid finish. The 27-year-old complemented her look with a statement gold clutch from H&M and jewellery from Copenhagen label Ole Lynggaard. She wore her hair down and parted to the side, tucking the front strands behind her ears to showcase a pair of dangle earrings.
Benedikte's date
Benedikte was joined by her partner of eight years, Nikolai, for the high-society wedding, which took place at Kværndrup Kirke on the island of Funen.
Nikolai shared a collection of photos from the celebrations, including a snap of the newlyweds in the back of a car after the ceremony and a glimpse at the spectacular tiered wedding cake. The bride looked lovely in a floor-length white gown with a sweeping train and long lace sleeves, and wore the Ahlefeldt-Laurvig-Bille Tiara.
"What a day," Nikolai, who looked smart in a shirt and tie with a black tailcoat and a formal sash, captioned the photos on Instagram.
Mary and Frederik make an appearance
The wedding was a particularly special outing for King Frederik, who is the groom's godfather. The monarch attended the ceremony with his wife, Queen Mary, who looked resplendent in a pastel pink lace-trimmed chiffon gown by New York designer Mikael Aghal.
Mary previously wore the dress in June 2025 during an official royal tour of Nigeria, and in October 2024, when she debuted the floral gown during an official visit to Australia.
For the recent wedding, Mary teamed the dress with Gianvito Rossi pink pumps, a Prada clutch, and the Edwardian Tiara, which she purchased at auction in 2012.
