The first teaser video for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part One has debuted, and it is a chilling message from Panem's President Snow.
"Since the dark days our great nation has known only peace," he says in the minute long video.

"Ours is an elegant system, conceived to nourish and protect. Your districts are the body, the Capitol is the beating heart. Your hard work feeds us, and in return we feed and protect you." he continues, before declaring: "But if you resist the system, you starve yourself. If you fight against it, it is you who will bleed. I know you will stand with me, with us, with all of us, together, as one."
At the end of The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, the second film in the incredibly successful franchise, President Snow, played by Donald Sutherland, was once again bested by Jennifer Lawrence's Katniss Everdeen
Katniss destroyed the stadium in which the 75th Hunger Games were being held, and was collected by the mysterious and previously unknown inhabitants of District 13, which was thought to have been destroyed at the end of the first rebellion against the Capitol.
Her friend Peeta Mellark (Josh Hutcherson) was not as lucky and can be seen alongside President Snow, seemingly as his right-hand man in the clip.
An adaptation of Suzanne Collins' book trilogy, the films also star Liam Hemsworth, Julianne Moore, and Woody Harrelson. The third novel, Mockingjay, was split into two films, and production recently ended on the franchise.
A touching snapshot was shared on Twitter by producer Nina Jacobson of Jennifer hugging co-stars Josh, Liam, and Woody as the cast celebrated filming the last scene.
Nina wrote alongside the sweet snap: "That's a wrap. Thank you @SuzanneCollins. Thank you @Hibbits. Thank you HG fans. Other than that, I'm speechless."
British actor Sam Claflin, who plays cocky and confident Finnick, used Twitter to say thank you to those who had "trusted" him to be a part of the series.
