According to The Sun, the incident was “terrifying” with several of the campmates rushing to Janice’s aid before she was taken to the hospital in an ambulance.

Janice has already made her mark since the show’s premiere, revealing that she was hoping to win the show. After meeting Paul Burrell and Shaun Ryder, she also joked: “I just met two campmates and they seem to be such nice guys. I wish I knew who they were.” She also enjoyed flirting with Ant and Dec, telling them: ”My boyfriends! I missed you so much!” as they arrived at camp.

“I honestly don’t know what to expect. I know it’s lots of different celebrities from all over the years. I’ve been to South Africa before, Cape Town and Johannesburg, when I was a model. This will be a new experience for me… If in South Africa there’s bigger snakes and spiders than I saw in Australia then there must be something prehistoric going on as they were huge in Australia.”
