Catherine Zeta-Jones is returning to the small screen, but not like we've seen her before. The 56-year-old has swapped her gothic and vampiric wardrobe on Wednesday for high-end glamour with a retro twist in her forthcoming Prime Video thriller series Kill Jackie.
A first look at the highly anticipated eight-part series just dropped, revealing Catherine has transformed into a deadly art dealer channelling the vintage flair of Old Hollywood. The actress leads the new series as Jackie Price, a retired drug smuggler who sets out on a revenge mission after discovering a group of hitmen called The Seven Demons are out to get her.
In one newly-released photo from the film, Catherine looked effortlessly sophisticated in a tailored jacket with a chic silky headscarf knotted at the neck, reminiscent of the elegant style worn by 50s film icons such as Audrey Hepburn in Roman Holiday and Grace Kelly in To Catch a Thief. In another scene, Catherine's hair was swept back beneath a second headscarf which perfectly complemented the vibrant red colour of her figure-flattering long-sleeve dress.

Catherine forwent a headscarf, leaving her hair elegantly fashioned in an up-do with perfectly placed strands framing her face.
Catherine has also taken on a behind-the-scenes role as an executive producer on the series. "I’m thrilled to be a part of Kill Jackie both behind and in front of the camera," she said.
"The opportunity to bring this multifaceted character to life, and explore a female-driven plot that encompasses empowerment, identity, and redemption is something I’m looking forward to," she added.
What is Kill Jackie about?
The upcoming thriller series, which drops on Prime Video in Autumn 2026, is based on the novel The Price You Pay by Sunday Times best-selling author Nick Harkaway and is from the creatives behind Killing Eve and Gangs of London.
