The 41-year-old, who is currently pregnant, uses a three-step regime that is, interestingly enough, entirely pregnancy-safe and still gives her a serious glow – a rare bonus, given how many cult ingredients and products are restricted due to the risks they pose to a developing baby.

Away from her career, she is married to Scottish presenter Iain Stirling, 38, and is currently expecting their second child.
Finding pregnancy-safe skincare products was something Laura struggled with when carrying her first child, daughter Stevie Ré, who was born in March 2021. So, fast forward to now, she has nailed down a routine that she can use no matter what stage of life she is in.
She says about her first pregnancy: “I remember standing in the bathroom Googling every ingredient, second-guessing everything I used. There’s so much confusion around what’s safe, and what actually works.”
What is Laura Whitmore’s three-step skincare routine?
Laura’s skincare routine follows a simple system: a cleanser, a serum and an SPF 30 moisturiser.
