Congratulations are in order for tennis player Emma Raducanu, who was made a Member of the Order of the British Empire by King Charles III at Windsor Castle.

The event which took place on November 29 in Windsor celebrated her contribution to the sport, after winning the US Open. She became the first British woman to win a Grand Slam in 44 years. Her victory over Canadian opponent Leylah Fernandez saw her make history.

Emma proudly showed off her latest award

For collecting her latest award, she donned a stunning all black Dior ensemble which was the epitome of chic. Revealed at the fashion show, the mid-length dress is a classic example Dior's exceptional savoir-faire and was Runway Look 18 from their latest collection. Crafted in black silk lace and technical cotton, the flared silhouette reveals a layering effect and an asymmetric hem. The short sleeves are adorned with frills for a play on volume, while the waist is delicately enhanced by a mesh band. "True to the spirit of the show, the dress can be paired with colorful accessories for a modern contrast," the brand explains on its website.

Emma adorned her dress with the brand’s iconic 'Saddle' belt and for a unique touch added the 'Diorodeo' hat which modernised an otherwise prim and proper outfit. A signature style from the show, the Diorodeo hat is a hallmark item inspired by Andalusian heritage. She also donned the maison’s sensible 'Idylle' pumps which were ideal for the occasion.

Emma wore a full Dior ensemble worth for the occassion

She paired the outfit with Tiffany & Co. jewellery, a firm favourite bijoux brand of the sporting protege. Back in June the 20-year-old wonderkid defeated Alison Van Uytvanck in the opening round of Wimbledon and wore £30,000 worth of Tiffany jewellery.

A winner on and off the court if you ask us.
