We are just 24 hours away from Peter Phillips and Harriet Sperling's highly anticipated Cotswolds, which will be attended by members of the British royal family.

While the ceremony is set to take place at All Saints Church, the reception, HELLO! understands will be held at Gatcombe Park, Princess Anne's home.

The sprawling 700-acre estate is also the home of Zara and Mike Tindall, and, with the unpredictable nature of the British weather, guests may be delighted to know that there is, in fact, a swimming pool on the grounds, belonging to the equestrian and her rugby star beau.

Aston Farm has a pool

Zara and Mike, who live on Aston Farm within the grounds of Gatcombe Park, had plans of renovating the pool before the pandemic.

Mike submitted his initial proposal to Cotswold District Council to not only build the new swimming pool but also a luxury pool house with a changing room and kitchen.

The council willingly approved the request in March 2021, but as of summer 2024, plans have not been resumed. But nevertheless, a pool isn't far if a heatwave strikes!

The big day

Gatcombe Park is Peter's childhood home, so the location carries a "special resonance" for the late Queen's eldest grandchild, HELLO! Understands.

Both the wedding and the reception have been curated by Peregrine Armstrong Jones of Bentleys Entertainment.

Preparations have begun for the big day

Peregrine, who is the half-brother of the late Princess Margaret's ex-husband Antony Armstrong-Jones, has worked with Peter in the past, organising his 21st birthday celebrations, which were held at Windsor Castle.

The couple announced their engagement in April last year. A statement issued by their spokesman said at the time: "Mr Peter Phillips, the son of HRH The Princess Royal and Captain Mark Phillips and Ms Harriet Sperling, daughter of the late Mr Rupert Sanders and Mrs Mary Sanders of Gloucestershire, have today announced their wedding date.

"The summer wedding will take place at All Saints Church, Kemble, Cirencester on Saturday 6th June 2026 in a private ceremony. Both families have been informed jointly of the wedding date by invitation.

"Their Majesties The King and Queen, The Prince and Princess of Wales have also been informed of the announcement. Further details will be announced in due course."
