The legal breakthrough comes alongside further developments regarding his former royal residence. News broke on Friday October 9 that Andrew was granted £302,000 in compensation after the lease on his former Royal Lodge home in Windsor was officially surrendered, a Crown Estate spokesperson confirmed.
