With the decks of the recently-launched luxury vessel Queen Mary II – the world's largest cruise ship – having hosted such stars as Liz Hurley and Beyonce Knowles, it's clear that these days, seafaring has found a renaissance as a pastime for the fashion-savvy.

And proving that one doesn't have to say bon voyage to youthful style when cruising the world, British teenager Lily Cole presents Chanel's annual array of exclusive travel wear, tailor-made for the ultra-hip jet-set, in the French house's latest campaign.

Following the traditions set by Coco Chanel, designer Karl Lagerfeld's cruise collection this year is a tribute to the iconic silhouettes of the 1920s.

Amongst Chanel's offerings are the label's famous tweeds – combined with jeans or in the form of a striking one-piece swimsuit – as well as flowing goddess gowns, and, of course, the famed double "C" logo, emblazoned on jewellery, chain belts and handbags.
