Keith Urban made a solo appearance at the 2026 Academy of Country Music Awards on Sunday night, just months after finalising his divorce from former wife Nicole Kidman in January.
The country music star walked the red carpet alone at the annual awards ceremony, marking a major contrast to previous years when he and Nicole were among the entertainment world’s most photographed couples.
Keith looked relaxed and understated in a casual yet polished ensemble featuring oversized white cargo-style trousers, a charcoal grey blazer and a navy semi-sheer T-shirt that revealed a glimpse of his signature neck tattoos. He completed the look with chunky black-and-white sneakers and silver jewellery.
The appearance comes after Keith and Nicole officially ended their 19-year marriage earlier this year following their reported separation in September 2025.
Last year’s ACM Awards painted a very different picture, with Keith and Nicole making headlines for their affectionate red carpet appearance together.
At the time, the longtime couple posed arm-in-arm and shared several intimate moments throughout the evening, delighting fans with their enduring chemistry after nearly two decades together.
This year, however, Keith arrived solo as speculation around the former couple’s post-divorce dynamic continues to bubble
Recent reports have suggested both stars are focused on co-parenting daughters Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 15, while navigating life after their split.
Despite the personal changes in his life, Keith appeared in high spirits as he mingled with fellow artists and celebrated another night dedicated to country music.
The singer remains one of the genre’s biggest crossover stars, with a career spanning more than three decades and countless chart-topping hits.
Over the years, Keith has become a staple at the ACM Awards, both as a performer and nominee, and his appearance at this year’s ceremony proved he still commands attention on the red carpet.
Meanwhile, Nicole has also begun stepping back into public life following the divorce, recently speaking about “moving forward” while remaining focused on family. Must read
