Kelly Rizzo will always have a full house when she needs to.
Over the weekend, the podcast host commemorated what would have been her late husband Bob Saget's milestone 70th birthday, just over four years after his passing at 65 in January 2022, having suffered from blunt head trauma after an accidental fall.
And to honor the comedian, she of course had his Full House co-stars by his side.
Among them was Candace Cameron Bure, who took to Instagram and shared a sweet photo alongside Kelly and her Full House on-screen aunt Lori Laughlin.
The photo, which sees them all in an embrace, is followed by two of Kelly showing off a chocolate cake for Bob that reads: "Happy Birthday Bob!"
"Celebrated Bob's 70th birthday last night," Candace wrote in her caption. "We miss you every day. You're still making us laugh."
"Go tell someone you love them and give them a big hug today," she emphasized, and fans were quick to then take to the comments section under the post and further commemorate Bob.
"Love this! R.I.P. Bob and happy heavenly birthday!" one wrote, as others followed suit with: "America's dad. Bob was special to so many of us that grew up in the '90s!! Love that the Full House family continues to celebrate him!" and: "We all miss Bob Saget, Candace and how beautiful it was for you all to celebrate his 70th birthday last night," as well as: "We all love and miss Bob, he was such a special part of our childhood for us '90s kids."
Kelly also honored Bob by sharing a touching tribute on Instagram, writing: "I always think about what Bob would be doing and what he’d be like if he were still here. First of all, he would absolutely want everyone to know he was the youngest-looking, youngest-feeling, and youngest-acting 70-year-old on the planet," and noting: "And he'd still be going full steam ahead."
"Bob didn't believe in retirement. That word just wasn't in his vocabulary. He'd still be saying he was 'just getting started.' He would still love creating, working, making people laugh, and finding new ways to share his gifts with the world."
She further shared that Bob, who was a dad to daughters Aubrey, Lara and Jennifer, would have found his "greatest joy" in being a grandfather.
"While my mantra since losing Bob has always been that I wasn't robbed, because I'm so lucky I got to experience the gift of him for six beautiful years… damn, I really do wish we all got to see what he'd be doing today. I know it would've been something great. And I know it would've made so many people happy, especially all the people who loved him so much," she added.
