Julianne Hough continues to give us bikini-envy this summer as she enjoys her sun-soaked vacations across the globe.
The DWTS co-host's latest trip was to Sardinia, Italy, and she looked incredible in several bikini-clad appearances.
Julianne shared a compilation video on Instagram from her recent girls' getaway, modeling a variety of tiny two-pieces while she jumped from cliffs, lounged on yachts, and soaked up the sun beachside.
One photo showed the dancer and actress relaxing on a beach chair in a white string bikini, while another highlighted her toned stomach as she gazed out to the coast wearing a tiny dark two-piece.
Julianne's diet and fitness
Julianne manages to maintain her very toned, dancer's physique with a consistent blend of Pilates, yoga, weight training, and dance-based workouts.
She also follows a healthy diet, which includes drinking plenty of water. "I have this water bottle that goes everywhere with me," she told Delish magazine.
"Every night, before bed, I put ice in it and fill it to the top — it holds 40 ounces of water — and I drink it throughout the night. Not all of it, obviously, but I have to have cold water before I go to bed."
Another method Julianne swears by to help maintain her health is frequent ice baths.
"I've been doing since 2015 when I was touring the country on stage for 2.5 hrs almost every night," she wrote alongside a video of her in one in June.
"In 2014, I had the worst neck injury the whole tour that I just couldn't fathom the pain and pure survival mode again verses being able to fully enjoy being on stage night after night. So I committed and never looked back!"
She added: "The amount of recovery I have spent on my body in my later years of life would've been much less if I had known about the benefits of contrast therapy earlier."
However, she's been forced to defend her slim appearance in the past when fans voiced concern over her slender figure and said they were "concerned."
"I don't usually address comments like this but I'm going to say a few things," she said in a statement on Instagram at the time.
Julianne confirmed she has "never been healthier," and continued: "I was full of inflammation in my 20s and had a marker for an autoimmune that I addressed and committed to over a year and a half ago."
She continued: "I've frozen my eggs over the last few years which also shifts the body fluctuation. I've never been healthier or happier from the inside out.
"Grief, loss. Sadness and fear also get stored in the body and we hold on to that in different ways. I made it a huge priority to accept, express, process and release a lot of emotions over the years."
She added: "For those of you genuinely concerned because this is unusual for you to see, I understand that what you don't understand feels unfamiliar and sometimes scary.
"I'm going to continue feeling safe within myself regardless of the outpouring of your comments, and have fun with life which can be really heavy and challenging."
