Meet Colby Kline
Born in Los Angeles on 23 February 1984, Colby Lila Kline is the only child of Richard Kline, welcomed during his marriage to Sandy Molloy.
She graduated with a Musical Theatre Certificate from the Northwestern University School of Music.

Her career
Colby has followed her father's footsteps onto the screen, with credits in Problem Child (1990), Jennifer Anniston comedy Just Go With It (2011) and a guest role in sitcom hit Two and a Half Men.
The actress joined her father's Three's Company co-star in Problem Child as a young girl called Lucy, while John took on the role of Ben Healy, a man who adopts a particularly badly behaved boy called Junior.

Richard's love life
Off screen, Richard was as romantically successful as his Three's Company character, tying the knot three times.
He first wed Kathleen Doyle in 1973, separating 7 years later and subsequently wedding Sandy Molloy in 1982. He and Sandy remained married until 2002. That same year, Richard tied the knot with his wife Beverly Osgoode.

Every sitcom hero needs their loveable, loyal best friend and, in the case of John Ritter's Jack Tripper, Richard Kline was the man for the job.
Richard played womanizing car salesman Larry Dallas between 1977 and 1984, gradually transforming from a guest character to a series regular.

Richard has more recently appeared in TV series like Inside Schwartz (2001-2002), The Bold and the Beautiful (1995-1996) and The Americans (2013-2016).

Where is he now?
Richard hasn't lost his love for showbiz and has continued to bring his star presence to the screen. In recent years, he's found renewed fame as Judge Angioli on Blue Bloods and appeared in 2025 TV feature Jimmy's and Jenny's.
His career has also included a spot of directing and in 2023 he took the lead behind the camera for TV comedy Mooch.
