Julia Roberts is keeping her famously auburn locks in the blonde family, although this time in a brand new shade.
The actress, 58, was one of the many stars to make an appearance at Moncler's newest Fifth Avenue location's opening night dinner and cocktail party.

Julia Roberts' new hair
For the occasion, Julia opted for a perfect twist on classic menswear style, a much more formal fit than many of the other guests, going for a white button down and bowtie paired with tailored black slacks and a sparkling black puffer jacket.
And the star also gave her hair a brand new look, taking her previously golden locks to a shade of honey blonde, a more pink-tinged middle ground between her blonde and her fiery red shades.
For over three decades, Julia has worked with hairstylist Serge Normant, who also styled her for the Moncler opening. The duo appeared on the cover of The Hollywood Reporter's Beauty Issue in November 2025, opening up about their close bond as friends and stylist-client.

The Oscar-winning actress did joke about wanting to suggest drastic changes to her hair, much to Serge's horror. "Sometimes I do suggest things, and he just looks at me. Gently. With his eyes saying, 'No.' It usually involves me wanting to cut all my hair off!"
© Getty Images"I trust Serge so completely that sometimes we don’t even talk about the look," she explained, later adding: "Serge is so gifted and can do absolutely anything with hair, so, lucky for me, there is no need to go elsewhere for anything. At this point, we are more of a family than co-workers."
The pair met on the set of a Herb Ritts photoshoot back in 1993, after Julia had just completed a long night shoot, and the rest is history. "I can remember the day that we met like it was yesterday, and it was not yesterday," the actress said.

"Our connection was instant," Serge added. "Over the years, that bond has only deepened into the most amazing friendship. There's a lot of trust between us, which makes creativity easy and fun."
"For me, it's more than just hair. I think it's just a relationship," he said to Julia, who retorted: "Don't make me start crying, honestly."

When someone leaves my chair, regardless of who that is, I know I've made a little bit of a difference on that day. It's an amazing feeling to have."
