Elizabeth Hurley's giant diamond ring left fans speculating as to whether her partner, Billy Ray Cyrus, had popped the question after almost two years of dating.

The 61-year-old shared a series of behind-the-scenes photos from the set of The Burbs, in which she stars as Beverly Fisher, the mother of the main character, Rob Fisher. In the snaps, Elizabeth lounged in her trailer dressed in nothing but a bathrobe that was slipping off her shoulder.

As she took a mirror selfie, the actress's left hand sported an enormous diamond ring, pointing to a possible change in her relationship status. "Day 1 on set #TheBurbs," she wrote in the caption, as fans rushed to the comment section to share the love.

"So should we be calling you by Mrs Cyrus or Mrs Fisher?" one fan quipped, while another added: "Love you Billy Ray." HELLO! has contacted Elizabeth Hurley and Billy Ray Cyrus for comment.

The couple met on the set of Christmas in Paradise

Elizabeth and Billy Ray met on the set of their 2022 film Christmas in Paradise, and parted as friends. The country star was divorcing his wife, Tish Cyrus, at the time, and married Australian singer Firerose shortly thereafter.

"We did very few scenes together, but the couple times we were in the same scene there was a chemistry there," Billy Ray shared on The Ty Bentli Show. "We just laughed, and it was at a time I wasn't laughing a lot."

"The oddest part was first, how much we laughed. Second, I figured we were so different, but in some very strange way we had way more in common than we had different."

After his messy divorce from Firerose was finalized in 2024, Elizabeth reached out to her former co-star to offer her support.

"I felt like, 'Wow, can life get any harder? Can it get any tougher?' For me, at a certain point it was like, you can't get knocked down any flatter than laying on your back when life is kicking you," he explained. "And in this moment... a friend reached out."

"[She texted]: 'Hey, it looks like life might be a little bit tough and just wanted you to know I'm in your corner; you've got a friend in your corner."

The 65-year-old added that they were taking their romance a day at a time. "It's just been beautiful, and again, no expectations of where we go from here other than her and her son [Damien] – I do love him a lot…It's been a long time since I've been this happy."

Elizabeth was previously married to Indian businessman Arun Nayar from 2007 to 2011, and she was also engaged to Australian cricketer Shane Warne before their split in 2013. She and Billy Ray went public with their romance in April 2025, and have been splitting their time between Tennessee and England ever since.

"We're very happy together," the mother of one told E! News. "We're really enjoying trying to get this balance between America and the UK. He's always been based in America – Tennessee, for the last 35 years or something."

"But the good thing is that he's very country where he is in Tennessee. I'm very country where I am. And that's a really important thing in our relationship that neither of us wants to be out and about."
