Demi Moore needed little more than a white T-shirt and a smile to get everyone talking in her latest photograph, including her youngest daughter, Tallulah Willis.

The 63-year-old actress looked radiant as she posed alongside celebrity facialist Keren Bartov in a selfie shared on Instagram on Tuesday, 13 October. With her long, dark hair falling over her shoulders and navy drawstring trousers completing her casual outfit, Demi's relaxed appearance quickly attracted compliments.

But among the admiring responses, it was Tallulah's enthusiastic message that stood out. The actress's daughter made sure her sister Scout Willis saw the photograph, too."ok our MOM dang @scoutlaruewillis !!" she wrote.

The image appeared on Keren's account, where the skincare specialist marked four years of working with the Ghost star.

In her accompanying caption, Keren reflected on how much their relationship had come to mean to her, explaining that caring for Demi's skin had also given her the opportunity to know the woman behind the Hollywood career.

"What started four years ago as a dream come true has become a journey I cherish so deeply," she wrote.

Demi stood close to the facialist for the mirror photograph, wearing her hair loose with a centre parting. Her simple outfit and bare-faced look offered a glimpse of the actress away from the elaborate gowns and polished beauty looks associated with her red-carpet appearances.

Celebrity stylist Brad Goreski responded with heart emojis, while another admirer asked: "What kind of sorcery is this????!!! Just wow."

The post comes just weeks before Demi celebrates her 64th birthday on 11 November.

Tallulah's latest show of support follows a particularly stylish mother-daughter outing last month. On 25 September, the pair attended Step Up's Annual Inspiration Awards at the Skirball Cultural Center in Los Angeles, wearing coordinated Thom Browne skirt suits.

Demi chose a beach-scene print with a blue shirt and striped tie, adding white socks and blue-and-white heels. Tallulah wore a grey version with red-and-white detailing, giving their shared tailoring theme her own twist, Demi was among the event's honourees.

Tallulah is the youngest of Demi's three daughters with former husband Bruce Willis, alongside Rumer and Scout.

Demi Moore's powerful words about self-worth

While her latest photograph has prompted plenty of beauty compliments, Demi has also spoken publicly about learning to recognise her value beyond other people's expectations.

Accepting her Golden Globe for The Substance in January 2025, she reflected on a career spanning more than four decades and the doubts she had carried along the way. The film, which examines beauty standards and ageing, brought her a major acting award and a particularly personal moment on stage.

Recalling advice she had once received, Demi shared: "You can know the value of your worth if you just put down the measuring stick."
