Catching up with This Morning's Dr Chris Steele about the launch of his website, www.thefamilygp.com, he gave us a handy sign to watch out for in relation to high cholesterol – white rings around the eye's iris. They commonly develop as we age anyway, but if they occur before the age of 50, take them as a nudge to get your cholesterol checked out.
