Chart-topper Britney Spears has reinvented herself as a classic blonde bombshell for her latest photoshoot. The singer has left behind her hip, modern image and adopted the persona of a 1940s goddess for the new pictures.
She shows off her dramatic change of look in publicity shots for her latest tour. Britney recently surprised her fans by going brunette, but her locks are platinum blonde in the new pics. And the 22-year-old has completed the look with scarlet lips and nails.
In the months ahead the songstress will take her Hotel Onyx tour all around Europe and North America. During the UK leg of the tour, she is to be supported by Matrix star Jada Pinkett Smith, who takes to the stage with her band Wicked Wisdom.
Britney is also hoping to follow in Mariah Carey's footsteps, by staging a concert in China.
