Britney Spears, stepping into her role as future wife and stepmum, has splashed out on a new home with her hubby-to-be as he celebrates the birth of his second child with a former girlfriend.
The pop diva's fiancé Kevin Federline welcomed a baby boy with actress Shar Jackson on Tuesday, four months after his public outings with Britney led to the longtime couple's break-up. Shar, who co-starred on TV sitcom Moesha, also has a two-year-old daughter with the dancer.
Meanwhile, Britney hasn't missed a step, selecting a bouquet of summer blooms to congratulate her future husband. She and Kevin have plenty to celebrate, as they've purchased a $4-million, five-bedroom Malibu home in the run-up to their November wedding.
And it looks like the two will need the space, as Shar says she's expecting her ex to fulfill his fatherly duties – and Britney should be prepared for stepmotherhood. "If she and Kevin want to be a couple, that's fine," she said at the time of their split. "But there are two kids, so she'd better be prepared to babysit." |
