Geri Halliwell enjoyed a girlie get together on Friday night ahead of her impending wedding to Christian Horner. The former Spice Girl will reportedly tie the knot this week, and as the countdown to her nuptials got underway, headed out for her hen do with eight close friends and family members in London.
Geri, 42, and her party celebrated at a private dining club in the capital, at a bash organised by her sister Natalie, who had also baked a chocolate cake for the occasion decorated with M&Ms and Kitkats. "Geri had a lovely night with close friends and family – people she totally trusts, is comfortable with and has known for years," an insider told the Sunday Mirror. "She can't wait to walk down the aisle now. It was very personal."

Geri and Christian, boss of the Red Bull Formula One team, will reportedly tie the knot on Friday at West London venue Syon House in – the home of the Duke of Northumberland – although there are reports the location will instead be a stately country home.
The bride is believed to have chosen a gown by Sarah Burton, the designer who created the Duchess of Cambridge's wedding dress. Her sister Natalie will be maid-of-honour, and will wear a design by Nicki Macfarlane, who also created bridesmaid dresses for Prince William and Kate.
