She won the hearts of EastEnders fans for playing the vivacious Tiffany Butcher. But on Sunday, Maisie Smith looked barely recognisable as she stepped out for the exclusive Mad Hatters Tea Party at The Grosvenor Hotel in London. The 15-year-old, who has ditched acting for a career in music, was seen looking rather glamourous as she posed for cameras at the lavish event before taking to the stage to show off her vocal ability.
Dressed in a deep red off-the-shoulder blouse, the aspiring singer looked absolutely lovely - a far cry from her Tiffany days. Following her performance, Maisie took to her Instagram page to share a short video. In the caption, she gushed: "So honoured to perform today for this incredible charity for underprivileged children."

The young star, who rose to fame on the BBC soap at the age of just six, recently announced her return to the limelight with her first single. "I've always wanted to make a cool pop record that people could relate to, dance to and feel good listening to," she said at the time. "By teaming up with my producer Darren Martyn to make Good Thing, I feel like we achieved that. I am so excited to finally let people hear it!"
Maisie is best known for playing Bianca and Rickie's daughter Tiffany in the BBC soap. Tiffany and her little brother Morgan left Albert Square two years ago to begin a new life with mum Bianca and her partner Terry in Milton Keynes.
In 2009, she won Best Dramatic Performance from a Young Actor or Actress at the British Soap Awards, followed by another win in 2011, Best Young Actor at the Inside Soap awards. The actress-turned-singer also appeared in The Other Boleyn Girl in 2008, starring alongside Natalie Portman, Eric Bana and Scarlett Johansson.
