Matt Baker is incredibly private when it comes to his family life, but The One Show presenter recently gave fans a glimpse inside the idyllic farm he lives on with his wife Nicola Mooney and their two children Molly and Luke. The former Blue Peter star shared a video on Instagram of farm land, which was surrounded by lambs. He also opened up about the names of his animals, revealing that one of them was called Jackson, who was named after his late grandfather. Matt revealed that his beloved relative had passed away just a few months ago at the age of 98. Fans were quick to comment on the video, with many sending their sympathies to Matt. "Like ewe, lost my Dad peacefully middle November, would’ve been 96 next month, miss him lots no doubt just like ewe," one wrote. Other were amazed by the star's farmland. "Beautiful day, looks like Spring," one wrote, while another added: "What a lovely video, plenty of lambs there waiting for safe deliveries in Spring. Thanks Matt, a very calming scene."
