Jennifer Lopez has penned quite a few songs about her husband Ben Affleck including Dear Ben in 2002 and Dear Ben Part 2 released this year.

And the Hollywood actor recently confessed how he really feels about them when he appeared as a guest on the SmartLess podcast with Jason Bateman, Sean Hayes, and Will Arnett.

Ben shared his thoughts to the hosts, saying: "The songs that have been written about me have been written by the greatest performer in the history of the world, Jennifer Lopez. I don’t know if they are exactly about me, as maybe inspired by me because there are some negative things in there. She’s amazing."

The couple, who were initially engaged in 2002, called it quits in 2004. However, they rekindled their romance in 2021, and married in Las Vegas on July 16, 2022.

Ben expressed his pride in his wife's achievements, saying, "It takes a big man not to feel inadequate in the face of my wife's many, many accomplishments. I don’t feel bad about myself."

The actor also admitted to knowing all of Jennifer’s music and loving it. When asked if he sings along to her songs, Ben jokingly shared an anecdote about feeling embarrassed singing in the car with his talented wife.

The couple recently attended the red carpet premiere of Affleck's new movie, Air, which focuses on the creation of Nike's Air Jordan. At the event, Ben spoke with ET's Kevin Frazier and praised his wife for her invaluable guidance during the filming of the movie, which is set to release on April 5.

Ben also detailed what a major perk it was to get to work with his wife, endearingly telling CBS: "What fun, what a joy to do something with her, see her be great, go to work with your wife, go to work with your best friend."

He further said: "Because ultimately, like, your work becomes the lion's share of what defines your life, in terms of the time you spend. And if you don't like who you're working with, and if you have difficulty or trouble at work, I think it's one of the things that can really cause depression, anxiety and pain for people."
