Ben Affleck revealed a very special talent in a recent interview - and we have to admit that we’re impressed! The Argo actor recently revealed that he is fluent in Spanish - with fans jokily giving him the nickname 'Benito'.

In a new interview with a Spanish radio network, La Cadena SER, Ben showed off his very impressive skills while discussing his new movie Air, explaining why he wouldn’t have made the movie without Michael’s approval. Chatting in Spanish, he said: "There’s no actor in the world where the audience will believe is Michael Jordan."

Posting a clip of the interview, one person joked: "Affleck angling to be called Benito with the recent vacancy."

She added: "It is my deep wish that someone in JLo's camp shows her this tweet and then she shows Ben and they both have a laugh and that Ben calls it 'magnifico' in his beautiful accent."

Others were similarly impressed, with one writing: "Had no idea Ben Affleck was this fluent in Spanish," while another person joked: "Big feelings happening while watching this video."

Ben revealed on The Kelly Clarkson Show back in 2020 that he speaks Spanish after spending some time in Mexico shooting a television show as a teenager. Joking about helping his daughter Violet with her Spanish, he told Kelly that he had explained to his daughter: "I don’t mind that I can’t do your math homework. But you are not going be better at Spanish than me."

Ben is married to Jennifer Lopez, who is also fluent in Spanish. Chatting to HELLO! back in 2017, she said: "Spanish is my first language, so it's always been a part of me. It's always been a part of my life, and I think it's important to always stay connected to your roots, to where you come from, and to be proud of who you are and where you come from."
