Kelly Ripa has teased that she would love to be in an upcoming movie - and it sounds like her husband is giving her his full support! Kelly Ripa joked about the situation after appearing alongside Marlon Wayans on What What Happens Live with Andy Cohen - and it looks like the pair could work with each other one day!

Sharing snaps from the evening, Kelly wrote: "That was fun," accompanied by the starry-eyed and wink emojis. She added: "PS @marlonwayans I’m still available for #WhiteChicks2." Marlon also shared a photo from the interview, writing: "We did that @kellyripa."

The former soap star might have a while to though, as Marlon previously opened up about potential plans to make a sequel to the 2004 comedy, telling GQ: "Makeup movies, until they learn how to digitally do it, special effects wise [no thanks]. That’s a lot of work."

Kelly’s husband Mark Consuelos, who was recently confirmed will be joining her on Live! With Kelly and Ryan (to be renamed Live! With Kelly and Mark), commented on the post writing: "You’re a babe," with red love hearts.

Mark opened up about the news that he would be joining Kelly on the show back in March. In a sweet message to Ryan Seacrest, who was exiting the morning show, he wrote: "Congrats on your next chapter @ryanseacrest. I love you like a brother. I know I have some big shoes to fill … well actually they’re only a size 9, but you know what I mean. @kellyripa my ride or die. This is going to be amazing!

"I can’t believe after all these years of listening to you talk for free, I found a way to get paid for it. Is this a great country or what?" Ryan joined the show back in 2017, following in the footsteps of Michael Strahan and before him, of course, Regis Philbin.

Chatting about the change-up, Kelly told People: "It's gonna be seamless. Nothing will really change, just the different name on the mug. Ryan is like my — I always say is like my brother, but he's also like my oldest child. So you know, it's gonna be seamless."
