Helen George was the toast of the town on Thursday night when she attended the press night after-party for High Society at The Barbican Theatre.
The Call the Midwife actress, 41, leads the cast as the glamorous alongside Freddie Fox (Slow Horses) and Julian Ovenden (South Pacific), and positive reviews have started rolling in for her star turn in the musical.
Dressed to the nines to celebrate her moment in the spotlight, Helen looked sensational in a chocolate brown lace dress with a corseted bodice, creating the illusion of a 'naked' design.
The popular trend has overtaken every red carpet in 2026, with everyone from Margot Robbie to Bella Hadid opting for the daring design choice
The mother-of-two looked beautiful in her take on the trend, donning a high-necked design featuring intricate lace detailing layered over a pale pink silk slip. The form-fitting dress was finished off with a peplum hem, and Helen accessorised with beige heels and wove her blonde hair into a voluminous updo.
Helen was accompanied by her dapper boyfriend, Dan Innes. The real estate expert couldn’t have looked prouder of his West End star partner, whom he started dating last year.
Sharing some behind-the-scenes photos from her special night, Helen penned: "What an absolute whirlwind and I’m adoring every moment of this dream company. Feeling incredibly lucky to be surrounded by such love, support and kindness."From lifelong friends, to my @callthemidwife.official family, @daninnes holding my hand throughout it all. And everyone who’s contributed to @highsocietymusical with the wonderful @trafalgarent Blood, sweat, tears, but an awful lot of unbridled joy. It really does take a village."
Her fans were loving the celebratory Instagram post, calling her "glowing" and praising her performance in the "joyful" show.
Helen's new man
Helen found love with Dan after parting ways with former Call the Midwife actor Jack, with whom she shares her young daughters, Wren and Lark.
She went public with real estate consultant Dan last year, 'soft launching' their relationship on social media on Valentine's Day. The pair are reported to have met on dating app Raya. They have plenty in common, as Dan, who is 11 years Helen's senior, is also divorced with two children.
Talking to The Mail's You magazine, Helen said: "It's a very happy relationship. It's lovely to be with someone outside the industry. I'm not defined by my job, and I’m really interested in meeting the people he works with.
Helen was previously married to Oliver Boot before falling for her co-star Jack following her 2015 divorce. Describing their romance, she previously told Stella Magazine: "It was a slow process. All of us on the show are mates. We all hang out together and Jack always really makes me laugh."
