Rod Stewart posed for a multigenerational family photo with seven of his eight children on Sunday.
The 81-year-old musician took to Instagram, posting a snap surrounded by his children and his wife, Penny Lancaster, 55.
Rod stood in the centre of the group and on the far left stood his younger sons, Aiden, 15, and Alastair, 20, whom he shares with Penny.
Alongside Alastair was Rod's daughter Renee, 34, whom he shares with his ex-wife Rachel Hunter.
Next was Rod's daughter Kimberly, 46, whom he had with his first wife Alana. The former couple was married from 1979 to 1984.
Alongside Penny was Rod's daughter Ruby, 39, whom he shares with former Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Kelly Emberg. They had a long-term relationship but never married.
Family first
Next was Rod's son Sean, 45, whom he also had with Alana, making Sean and Kimberly full siblings.
Alongside Sean was Rod's son Liam Hunter, whom he also had during his marriage to New Zealand model Rachel.
Rod captioned the photo: "Proud to be their father".
Missing from the photo was Rod's eldest child, Sarah Streeter, 62. She was born when Rod was still a teenager from a one-year relationship with Susannah Hourde.
Sarah was put up for adoption because her parents didn't have the money to raise a child, but her adoptive parents told her that rock star Rod was her biological dad on her 18th birthday.
They eventually formed a close relationship and keep in regular contact.
Rod's health woes
The family photo comes after Rod gave his fans a scare during his most recent performance, where he had to pause the show to use an oxygen mask.
The singer was performing at Utah First Credit Union Amphitheatre in West Valley City on Friday, 19 June when he appeared visibly uncomfortable and leaned forward during the set.
According to TMZ, staff brought an oxygen tank to the stage after Rod doubled over, with video obtained by the outlet showing the singer taking a moment to steady himself before receiving assistance.
Rod later addressed the audience directly, telling his fans that he had nearly fainted, while still managing to crack a few jokes to lighten the mood.
Rather than ending the show early, the rock star returned to the stage and completed the performance while seated in a chair.
Earlier this month, Rod announced that several dates from his Las Vegas residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace would be moved after doctors advised him to take additional time off while recovering from the flu.
Soon after, he cancelled four shows and postponed two more dates across Nevada and California as he continued to deal with health issues.
A later statement from his team confirmed that he had been diagnosed with an acute upper respiratory infection that had resulted in laryngitis.
