Kelly Osbourne has made a defiant red carpet return at the National Television Awards 2026 in London, days after addressing her "scary" experience with weight loss.
The TV personality looked happy and healthy in her statement Vivienne Westwood look, donning the 'Tartan Off-The-Shoulder Chichi Gown' in a bold blue.
© GettyKelly's edgy designer look boasted a sculptural, asymmetric silhouette with a full skirt that gathered and cascaded to the floor.
The dress was paired with a dramatic makeup look, including a matte taupe lip and a sweep of bright blue eyeshadow. She added layered necklaces and quirky drop earrings for an added punk effect, sweeping her blonde hair up into a slicked-back bun.
Kelly was at the NTAs, held at the O2 Arena, to represent her family's nominated documentary, Sharon & Ozzy Osbourne: Coming Home.
The show is nominated in the Authored Documentary category alongside Caroline Flack: Search For The Truth, Jesy Nelson: Life After Little Mix, Our Girls: The Southport Families, and Sir Chris Hoy: Cancer, Courage And Me.

Kelly's candid comments about her 'scary' weight loss
Kelly's public appearance comes after she broke her silence about her recent weight loss in a series of high-profile interviews.
The mother-of-one, who raises three-year-old son Sidney with her ex-partner Sid Wilson, says seeing a photo of herself at the 2026 Grammys awards in February made her realise how thin she had become.
"I looked like the [expletive] Crypt Keeper," she told The Mail on Sunday. "I said, ‘This is scary. I didn’t know I looked like this.’ My spine – you could see every single bone.
"I couldn’t see what other people saw because I was in so much pain. I just saw a broken person."
Kelly, who wore a wig at the event to hide how pronounced her cheekbones were, revealed she “wasn’t very well” at the time while dealing with the aftermath of her beloved father Ozzy Osbourne’s death in July 2025.
"I was scared. I wanted to be there to support my mom and to pay tribute to my father’s legacy, [but] I don’t think I should have gone. I wasn’t very well," she added.
Kelly also sat down with HELLO! for her first exclusive photoshoot and interview since the devastating loss of her father this month.
Opening up about how she has dealt with relentless scrutiny about her physical appearance, Kelly revealed she had begun the "slow process" of improving her wellbeing.
While she appeared to handle the negative press with poise, she was struggling privately behind closed doors. "I didn't navigate it – I wasn't well," Kelly told HELLO! during our shoot at Berkshire’s Cliveden House.
"How can you navigate something so cruel when you're so sick? I'm getting a lot better. I've got all the help I need and I’m grateful for the support I have in my life.

"To go through what I had to go through on top of all of that just made it even harder. So I just had to ignore it."
Looking to the future, Kelly is taking a steady approach to both her mental and physical health, which she admits is "not going to be fixed in a day."
