Millie Bobby Brown has been spending the summer surrounded by her loved ones as she and husband Jake Bongiovo welcomed a second child.
But that doesn't mean the parents haven't found time for fun, as the actress gave fans insight into a recent vacation the pair took with friends to Iceland that included a moment enjoying the natural hot springs work by using volcanic heat from deep underground to warm up what would be freezing groundwater trapped in the Earth's crust.
One of the pictures in her recent carousel showed Millie with seven girlfriends posing for the camera, with Millie wearing a Baywatch-inspired red swimsuit with a low cut back. Other snaps included Millie and Jake fishing, as well as posing under a local waterfall, and pictures of friends as well as whale watching.
"Find your people, hold them close!" Millie captioned the post.
Only weeks before the post, Millie shared that she and Jake had visited the Dolomites, as well as posting a cheeky picture to celebrate the end of August, posing in rhinestone-adorned bikini bottoms and a chic sheer cover-up.
The British-born Stranger Things star, 22, announced that she and Jake had welcomed their daughter, whose name they have not publicly shared, via adoption in August 2025.
"This summer, we welcomed our sweet baby girl through adoption," Millie first announced in a post on Instagram on Thursday, August 21.
"We are beyond excited to embark on this beautiful next chapter of parenthood in both peace and privacy," she went on, confirming: "And then there were three." The comments section on the post was disabled.
Millie and Jake, 24, then announced in mid-September 2026 that their little family had grown, with the arrival of a baby boy whom they had adopted.
Millie shared a sweet picture of the baby boy's hand holding on to his parents' fingers. Millie's hand sported a ring that simply read: "Mom".
"Hi little guy!" she wrote in the caption.
Talking about her desire to become a mother, even at a young age, Millie told Jason Bateman, Will Arnett and Sean Hayes on their Smartless podcast: "I'm still really young, but my mom actually had her first child at 21, and my dad was 19, and you know, it's been my thing since before I met Jake.
"I wanted to be a mom just like the way my mom was to me and ... my grandmother is - she was a huge part of my life."
Speaking about adoption, ahead of welcoming her little girl in 2025, she explained: "I don't see having your own child, you know, as really any different as in adopting.
"For me, like, my home is full of love for anyone and anything, and so that is what we stand by, Jake and I — our energy in the house is like, 'The door is always open.'"
