Zendaya stuns in first style moment of the year - and it’s everything we needed to kick off 2021

The Euphoria star stunned in this winter-perfect look - and fans are going wild over it.

Somehow we knew Zendaya would kick the new year off in a look that would give us total style inspo for the new year - and she did not disappoint. The Euphoria star popped up on Instagram giving a smoldering smize wearing a pewter-hued, satin strapless Alexandre Vauthier top tucked into her Alexandre Vauthier grey trousers - and fans went wild.

“Stunner,” one person wrote, while her Euphoria costar Hunter Schaefer dropped rose emojis on her page. “Gorgeous you. Wishing you a healthy and Happy New Year,” Marc Jacobs added.

Zendaya’s stylist, Law Roach, completed the ensemble with a matching gray blazer, which Zendaya palmed in her hand in one photo and draped over her shoulders in the next. The 24-year-old actress wore her hair in soft flowing curls, which gave the look a Hollywood glam vibe.

Zendaya’s elevated suit (which we want to wear on our next work Zoom call) is just the latest way style architect, Law, has helped catapult the starlet’s fashionista status, and we can’t wait to see what else they have in store for the rest of the year. For now, we’re taking notes on this ensemble to head into 2021 like a total boss.

One thing is for sure - the actress will definitely be one to watch as we head into this year’s awards season. Zendaya is already being touted as an Oscar frontrunner for her new film, Malcolm & Marie, which stars Denzel Washington’s son, John David Washington. That means even if awards season is virtual, we can expect Zendaya to make us swoon with high fashion ensembles, just as she did for the virtual Emmys last year.

Zendaya won her first Emmy in 2019 for best actress in a drama

The actress recently revealed she secretly filmed Malcolm & Marie during the pandemic, saying on Pharrell Williams’ new podcast from his OTHERtone Media label, “We made a bubble.” She continued, “We all quarantined and stayed in this very small area in the middle of nowhere. We shot in this house...we weren’t allowed to leave or go anywhere.”

Zendaya even took on her own makeup and her styling, saying,“I’m doing my own hair and makeup in the bathroom and brought a lot of my clothes to help with set [decoration]."

Malcolm & Marie tells the story of how a director and his girlfriend’s relationship is tested after they return home from his movie premiere and await critics’ responses. It is set to be released on Netflix Feb. 5, and we can’t wait to see it.
