The 33-year-old showed off her incredible physique in the semi-sheer, crystal-embellished dress by Tom Ford, complete with a black belt to cinch in the waist and a plunging neckline.

Beyoncé opted for a natural look with her hair, wearing her waist-long locks in loose waves.

She kept her make-up minimal with soft contouring and a slick of nude lipstick.

Also rocking black on the red carpet was Jessie J, who was wearing a similar dress to Beyoncé.

The Brit pop star sparkled in the black, semi-sheer gown by Ralph & Russo, completing her look with dark purple lips and slicked-back hair.

Miley Cyrus was also in black, rocking a demure, floor-sweeping cutout gown.

All eyes were on Katy Perry as she arrived on the red carpet. The pop princess, who is fresh from her performance at the Super Bowl last weekend, looked stunning in Zuhair Murad.

Katy shimmered in the stunning dress that featured thousands of crystals. It was debuted on the catwalk just last week during the designer's Paris Couture Week show.

Talking to Ryan Seacrest on the red carpet, Katy said: "My dress is fresh off the runway from Paris!"

Referring to its many sparkles, she added: "I just want to shine bright like a diamond!"

Also dazzling on the red carpet was Kim Kardashian, who wore a sparkling Jean Paul Gaultier gown with a full-length split down the middle.

Talking to Ryan about her dress, she revealed that "there were a few in the running" but that she ended up choosing the Jena Paul Gaultier number.

Sparkle seemed to be the order of the evening. Rita Ora also turned up wearing a long-sleeved, high-neck silver shimmering gown.

Taylor Swift opted out of the glitter trend. The Shake It Off singer was showstopping in a teal Elie Saab minidress with a full-bodied, floor-length train.

She paired the striking number with purple suede Guiseppe Zanotti heels and Lorraine Schwartz jewels.
