The TV presenter looked incredible in the pretty dress

The body-con frock was a great fit on the slim star – the dress boasted a fashionable high neck line, flattering capped sleeves, and an eye-catching lace overlay that featured an on-trend red floral applique detail. She left accessories at home, choosing to team the look simply with complimenting red high heels which elongated her shape and streamlined her silhouette. The dress is made from sumptuous Guipure lace and is the perfect type of dress for a party or special occasion.

The host looked radiant as always despite her early start - with her blonde locks coiffed to perfection in a wavy style and her make-up typically flawless, showcasing fresh foundation and glossy nude lips.

The dress is priced at £52, and available at Dorothy Perkins

Charlotte, 42, has certainly had an eventful year and being a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing would have been a huge  highlight. The presenter was partnered with talented professional dancer Brendan Cole, 41. After her exit from the show in the third week the mother of two reflected on her time in the dancing competition whilst being interviewed by Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid.

"I'm sad that it's all over. It's like they say, you have this crazy, sparkly, magical world and you spend so much time in it" she said. It gives you so much life, you're so full of energy working towards a challenge like that. On a personal level, it's such an amazing thing to do."
