We know the British royal family are a resourceful bunch. The Duchess of Cambridge is famed for recycling her favourite fashion pieces, and The Queen also re-wears clothes and accessories multiple times. And it seems like the newest member of the family has been taking their thrifty tips. On Saturday the Duchess of Sussex stepped out alongside her husband and other members of the royal family for the wedding of Prince Harry's cousin Celia McCorquodale in Lincolnshire, looking sensational in a floor-length maxi dress by Oscar de la Renta featuring a china blue floral print. And while we were busy admiring her pretty white fascinator and chic messy bun, there was one detail we overlooked – she'd worn her shoes before.

Look closely at the white high heeled pumps Meghan teamed with her showstopping dress and you might recognise them. The cut out satin shoes, which are by Aquazzura, last graced the Duchess's feet on her wedding day, when she wore them to the evening reception of her marriage to Harry. On the big day, Meghan teamed them with a high-neck floor length Stella McCartney white dress, and we personally believe they look just as good on both occasions.
It looks like Meghan has been taking fashion lessons from her new sister-in-law Duchess Kate, who is the queen of switching up her styling in order to refresh her favourite pieces. Some favourite items, such as her bright pink Mulberry coat, she has been wearing for half a decade – she was first spotted in it during a trip to New York in 2014 while pregnant with Princess Charlotte, then most recently wore it in January teamed with black tights and gloves. To keep the look fresh, she styled it with different hairstyles each time.

With her switch-up of dress, headwear and bag, it looks like Meghan is following Kate's recycling style rules – and we can’t wait to see what she re-works next!
