From his days as a dashing polo player in the 1970s when he was considered one of the world's most eligible bachelors, to him being named the best dressed man of the year in 2009 by Esquire Magazine, Prince Charles has always been a dapper dresser. As a young man, the Prince invariably wore the loud prints and loose shirts of the seventies, pivoting to a smarter yet still casual wardrobe after his marriage to Princess Diana. It was then that we saw him sport more soft v-neck jumpers and kilts, finally settling on his now familiar signature look of double breasted suits and silk ties with pocket handkerchiefs.
