With the UK enduring record-breaking summer heat, catching a glimpse of celebrity getaways provides the ultimate escapism from the scorching 38-degree temperatures.

And if there's one person we're living vicariously through this week, it's Lady Amelia Spencer. Princess Diana's model niece is enjoying a holiday in Italy with her husband Greg Mallett, whom she married in 2023.

The couple looked as smitten as ever while soaking up the Mediterranean sun, enjoying boat excursions, jet ski rides and waterfront dining. In one clip, Amelia made the most of the inviting azure water, dipping under the surface to observe the marine life in a real-life mermaid moment.

The model looked effortless in a black bikini with a gold embroidered trim, tying her long blonde hair into a low bun to keep it away from her vision. 

A second photo in the carousel further showcased Amelia's enviable swimsuit collection, as she posed on the steps of a boat wearing a white V-neck one-piece.

"Some moments you remember forever…. These are some of them, Puglia & Sardinia," the 34-year-old wrote in the caption. Her twin sister Lady Eliza was among the first to comment: "Loooove this looks like a dream," while her older sister Lady Kitty simply wrote: "Cuties."

To celebrate their first wedding anniversary, the pair jetted to the Maldives, where Amelia made a splash in a simple white scoop-neck swimsuit from Melissa Odabash.
